All Building Construction is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Where things stand

This website was recently rebuilt on a new platform, and accessibility work is actively underway. Our development team is working to bring the site into conformance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the standard most commonly applied under the ADA. We treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task.

What we’re doing

  • Semantic structure — proper landmarks, headings, and labels so assistive technology can announce pages accurately.
  • Keyboard support — a skip-to-content link and keyboard access to interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Color contrast — reviewing text and interactive colors against the WCAG AA 4.5:1 target.
  • Descriptive alt text — meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Accessible forms — inputs have visible labels, programmatic associations, and clear error messages and confirmation.
  • Reduced motion — animation is minimized when your device requests reduced motion.
  • Testing — screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) alongside automated audits with axe and Lighthouse.

Known limitations

As the rebuild continues, some items are still being improved — including a few low-contrast link colors, some image and icon links that need clearer text alternatives, and third-party embeds such as maps that we do not fully control. We are actively addressing these, and we appreciate your patience.
