MEET THE OWNER: MARK PRINE
Mark Prine is the owner and licensed contractor of All Building Construction LLC, bringing nearly 20 years of hands-on experience. Licensed in Oregon since 2006, he has maintained a perfect record with no complaints, penalties, or suspensions.
Trained from a young age through rural construction work, he developed practical skills and leadership early on. By his final year of high school, he served as co-foreman, leading small teams and overseeing site operations, learning essential building techniques and professional routines.
He has worked across California, Oregon, Hawaii, and Kenya, gaining experience with diverse building methods, materials, and project challenges. Today, his work includes:

- Home remodeling and renovations
- Custom carpentry and woodworking
- Project management
- Client communication and planning
He oversees every project from start to finish, staying current on building techniques, Oregon code requirements, and new materials. His focus remains consistent: build safely, work cleanly, and deliver lasting results.
